A514 Grade E steel

A quenched & tempered, high-strength, weldable steel plate utilized in structural applications. Because of this material s high yield strength it is ideal for projects requiring a light weight steel without sacrificing durability or toughness. Applications include truck & trailer frames, heavy construction equipment, and crane booms. Chapel Steel stocks this material in Grades B, H, E, F & Q.
